My name is Emilio Rivero and in 2010 I made the decision to start this business, which in addition to supporting my family, was the opportunity to do something that I was passionate about.

If I am proud of something today, in addition to the clients we have, it is the team that we have managed to form, committed people who give everything so that you are 100% pleased.

What experience do we bring?
We recently celebrated my daughter Melissa's graduation and it was as easy as hiring Emili'os BBQ. We made the order and he was punctual at the place of the event on the day and time we requested. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality of the preparation of the dishes. Every time I have an event I have the food already arranged. I recommend it 100%.

Emilio’s BBQ catered our January 2020 wedding, and to this day people are still telling us how good the food was. We chose a dinner menu of seafood paella and churrasco with chimichurri with salad, fried plantains and yuca frita with mojo sauce on the side. We also had some Cuban pastries for dessert. We also had several passed appetizers during our cocktail hour. Everything was DELICIOUS. We also ordered some party rental items, including dinnerware, napkins, gold flatware, and glassware. Emilio and his team created the most beautiful tablescape for us, executing perfectly everything we’d asked for. We were high maintenance clients with a lot of of specific requests, but Emilio and his team delivered flawlessly on our day. We are so glad we booked him for our wedding day!
